Millennium Construction was founded in 2009 by Rob Ferguson with a simple goal: build high-quality projects the right way, and treat clients, partners, and employees with respect along the way.
More than fifteen years later, that goal hasn’t changed, and neither has the way we work.
A Builder’s Company
Rob’s path into construction began long before Millennium existed. He entered the industry in 2002, developing hands-on experience across estimating, project management, site work, and field construction. That field-first foundation still defines Millennium today.
Rob is not a desk-only owner. He’s a working builder. On any given day, you’ll find him in an excavator, coordinating crews, solving problems in real time, or finishing out details on a jobsite. That presence sets the standard for everyone who works here: leadership earns respect by being in the work, not above it.
Growing to Serve Our Clients
As Millennium grew, we expanded our capabilities to meet the real-world needs of our clients. In 2016, we launched a dedicated trucking and hauling division — a move that let us self-perform critical work, control our own schedules, and reduce the handoffs that slow projects down.
Today, Millennium delivers projects across five sectors:

This integrated approach coupled with skilled crews, in-house trucking, and owner-level involvement on every project is what allows us to deliver consistent results, no matter the scope.
