Millennium Construction & Consulting, Inc. was created in 2009 with the intent to provide affordable construction services to residential and commercial clientele. The high quality construction services we offer are supported by years of experience and expertise and backed up by our valuable team. We specialize in heavy civil and commercial construction with additional versatility to meet various costumer construction needs including but not limited to: excavation, transportation (equipment, hazardous waste, etc.), concrete polishing, concrete crushing and recycling of aggregate materials. We are dedicated to providing our services professionally at an affordable rate and want our clients to feel like they are a part of our team while we complete the project of their dreams.

SERVICES PROVIDED
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
We offer custom build solutions for residential, industrial and manufacturing facilities. Our excellent team of vendors, subcontractors, and employees collaborate together ensuring our customers have a reliable team to complete their projects and have them operational by the deadline. Our general construction services include project management, custom homes, commercial, and industrial construction.
CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
Every project starts with site prep and utilities. This first phase creates the momentum and sets the schedule for a successful project. Our team has the knowledge and understanding to complete the work for a seamless transition to the next phase. Our civil services include demolition, water & sewer main installation, utility excavation, site prep, foundation excavation, storm water & road construction.
TRANSPORTATION
We purchased our first Semi-tractor and trailer for the purpose of moving our own materials to and from the job and have since added four more trucks and diversified to meet our clients' needs. We currently offer: heavy haul up to 100,000 pounds and long haul with three power units that have sleepers and are consistently moving product across state lines. We are also registered with the DEQ and the EPA as a hazardous waste transporter and are the premier sub hauler for MP Environmental, Billings, MT facility. Additionally, we have three side dump trailers used for delivering gravel and riprap.
RECYCLING & AGGREGATE PRODUCTION
As our nation's infrastructure ages many projects start with demolition. Therefore, we added a Metso 1213 impact crusher that excels in the recycling of concrete to produce an aggregate suitable for building a structural subgrade. Many materials excavated from the site could be used if you could process them on site. The Metso 1213 allows us to use more material from the site instead of hauling it off as an unusable product and purchasing new material to replace it. We also have a gravel pit located at 1650 Johnson that we use to haul concrete to when the site is too small to process on site.
CONCRETE POLISHING
We own equipment to give your concrete surfaces a more finished and clean look using our concrete polisher. Our team has the skills to complete multiple concrete projects from start to finish.

CHADBOURNE DAM REPAIR & FISH BARRIER, MONTANA FISH, WILDLIFE & PARKS
This project consisted of retrofitting a a diversion dam for the Lower Shields River Canal Company into a fish barrier that protects the Yellowstone cutthroat trout from nonnative rainbow trout. According to the Montana FWP Environmental Assessment done July 10, 2012 54 feet of Wetlands was affected.
MILES CITY HATCHERY POND KETTLE REPLACEMENT
This project required demolition and removal of an existing concrete structure and then building a new durable and specifically designed fish sorting structure.
